Previously, after a knowledge item was created, users didn't have much access to information about its contents from within Jasper. A common theme during our customer interviews was that users were hesitant to leverage their workspace's knowledge because they didn't create the knowledge and they didn't know anything about its contents.
We've introduced knowledge tooltips to the Knowledge Base page and the editor creation flow, including a summary of the knowledge item’s contents that Jasper automatically generates for you.
