Problem: ‍

A growing number of Jasper accounts have over 100 users in a workspace using a shared library of Voices & Knowledge. Anyone can edit, delete, rename any of these assets, and there was previously no way to prevent a member from making changes that affect everyone. For business leaders trying to standardize and enforce quality content at scale, this is unacceptable.

Solution:

Business accounts will now have the option to restrict Voice & Knowledge management to Admins only.

Updates include:

• A new page in Settings is added — Permission settings
• On this admins-only page, accounts may turn on “Admin-only management” of Voice & Knowledge assets (can be turned on separately)
• When turned on, the Member role is prevented from creating, editing, renaming, deleting Voices and/or Knowledge
• This does not limit a member role’s ability to use any existing Voice or Knowledge in AI content generation
