Problem:

Jasper has only ever had the ability to communicate/share updates with customers through an announcement system and email. There has been a big gap in providing updates to users on what is happening within their workspace that directly impacts them, and bringing the knowledge to wherever the user may be.

Solution:

For all Business accounts, you will now see a notification bell in the top right of the app! We have 3 notifications built out to start with:

• Due Date Set
• Assigned Document
• Unassigned Document
